The long jump and triple jump demand the same foundation — spring speed, elastic stiffness, and the ability to transfer horizontal velocity into explosive vertical power at the board. We train both with the same level of technical detail that we bring to every event.
The long jump is deceptively simple and devastatingly technical. Every inch comes down to how fast you arrive at the board, how efficiently you convert that speed into lift, and how your body positions itself through the air and into the pit.

Horizontal jump distance is built on the runway, not the pit. We develop sprint mechanics and approach consistency as the foundation everything else is built on.
Fast, reactive ground contacts require a trained lower leg and foot. We use plyometric progressions and bounding to build the stiffness and power that translate directly to the event.
