All Mile High Jumps summer training groups will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays weekly at Thomas Jefferson High School.
Youth & Middle School: 9 am – 10:30 am
High School / Competitive / Masters: 10 am – 11:30 am

These sessions are built for athletes who want high-level technical coaching without locking into a full schedule. Each drop-in is individualized, zeroing in on what matters most for your stage of development — whether that's approach rhythm, takeoff mechanics, or bar clearance.
Throughout the summer, sessions may also include sprint work and long and triple jump development to build the speed, elasticity, and power that carry across all jump events.

This weekly membership is perfect for athletes who want consistent coaching without a long-term commitment. Pay week to week, show up twice a week, and get the same high-level technical instruction as our full-season athletes.
Each session focuses on the fundamentals that build real jumpers — approach mechanics, takeoff timing, and bar clearance — alongside sprint work, plyometrics, and event-specific strength training to develop speed, rhythm, and explosive power.
Great for athletes who are trying out the program, have a packed summer schedule, or just need the flexibility to plan week by week.

This membership is built for jumpers and athletes who want structured, consistent training with enough volume to actually move the needle — whether that's high jump, long jump, triple jump, or just becoming a faster, more explosive version of yourself.
