Two sessions per week cover the technical and physical foundations that carry across all jump events: approach mechanics, takeoff timing, bar clearance, sprint work, plyometrics, and event-specific strength training. The monthly format gives you the frequency to build real habits — not just feel good for a week.

And once a month, we take it to Red Rocks. Different terrain, different energy, same commitment to getting better.
