At Mile High Jumps Training Center, we’re redefining what it means to train for the jumps. From high jump, long jump, and triple jump, our athletes will have access to a premier indoor facility in Centennial designed to elevate performance year-round.
Inside, you’ll find a dedicated indoor high jump pit and runway, along with state-of-the-art strength and conditioning equipment built for explosive power and athletic development. Here, athletes can refine the technical aspects of all three jumps—from approach mechanics and takeoff power to flight positioning and landing execution.
We also offer year-round, season-specific strength and conditioning programs for athletes of all ages and experience levels. Each program is designed to build speed, power, mobility, and resilience—helping jumpers peak at the right time, maintain performance throughout the year, and stay injury-free across training cycles.
But we don’t stop at physical training—our whole-athlete approach also includes:

Our structured seasonal program is designed to build strength, refine technique, and support athletes year-round through every phase of training and competition.
Start Date: Monday, November 3rd
Training Days: Mondays & Thursdays, with occasional Saturday sessions
High School Group: 4:00–5:30 PM
Youth / Middle School Group: 5:30–7:00 PM
Saturday Workouts: Announced monthly — typically 9:00 AM
