  • Our structured seasonal program is designed to build strength, refine technique, and support athletes year-round through every phase of training and competition.

    Start Date: Monday, November 3rd

    Training Days: Mondays & Thursdays, with occasional Saturday sessions

    • High School Group: 4:00–5:30 PM

    • Youth / Middle School Group: 5:30–7:00 PM

    • Saturday Workouts: Announced monthly — typically 9:00 AM

  • We offer multiple enrollment options to fit every athlete’s schedule:

    • Daily Drop-Ins – for focused technical work

    • Weekly Option – for consistent in-season maintenance

    • Monthly Option – for athletes seeking a full integrated training experience

Drop-In Sessions

Perfect for athletes who want occasional technical feedback or can't commit to a full schedule. Drop-ins focus on individualized technical adjustments - approach rhythm, takeoff drills, or bar-clearance work - giving jumpers the chance to refine key details without a long-term commitment.

Monthly Membership

For athletes ready to train consistently and maximize results, the monthly program offers a complete performance system - combining technique, strength, recovery, and mindset.
